About the role

Provide customers with high-quality service, accessible either from the workplace, through digital channels, or by engaging with customers in their own localities. These interactions could be either one-time or regular, encompassing tasks such as managing orders, processing payments, providing advice, guidance, and support, engaging in meet-and-greet activities, conducting sales, troubleshooting issues, offering aftercare, orchestrating service recovery, or gauging customer satisfaction through various means. As the initial point of contact, responsibilities may extend across different sectors and types of organizations.
