About the role

Leveraging expertise in an organisation's products and/or services, Customer Service Specialists actively share knowledge with the broader team and colleagues. This involves collecting and analysing data and customer information that contribute to changes and enhancements in service, adeptly using both organisational and generic IT systems, demonstrating awareness of other digital technologies, and operating in diverse environments such as contact centres, retail, webchat, the service industry, or any customer service setting.
